Laptop was stuck on logo and sometimes tries to boot but fails to find boot partition. Cant access bios setup too. Afterwriting file no display at all

Is there a way to disable the nand flash and use a hard drive

If your notebook still work with your Bios backup than perhaps the keyboard is not working when you press F2, you may be need to use an external keyboard.

Replacing the nand will be the only way. You can't disable it. But if you know those pin where are located :
Vccq
Vcc
Cmd
Clk
Dat0
May be than you can replace it by using a SD card externel.
