Hi, i need bios for Dell Latitude E5470, i have tried bios from site but unfortunelly they not working. MB number is: ADP70 LA-C831P REV 3.0 (A02)

Old bios has the same problem or what!
Try to upload your old bios .

I dont have old bios, when i put your bios, power led is solid for 15-20secs and turn off. Laptop not giving any reaction, Mainboard take olny 0.14A / 19V

Maybe you need to check for a hardware problem .

Try to found RMRST PIN on the KBC IC and check if you get any voltage there if so the bios is good .

i cant find this one on kbc, but i checked BIOS chip and there is 3.3v

I think that your problem has nothing to do with bios and for supporting without schematic it’s not easy .
